Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the business:
- Formspree, which processes the forms on this website and delivers your enquiry to us.
- Google Sheets, where we keep a record of your enquiry so we can prepare your quote and follow up with you.
- Google, for advertising measurement (explained below).
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website itself.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs. The Google tag on this website uses cookies and similar technologies to record when a visitor who clicked one of our ads goes on to submit an enquiry or tap our phone number.
When you submit an enquiry, your email address and phone number may be securely hashed and shared with Google to match your enquiry to an ad you clicked. Hashing turns your details into a scrambled code before they leave your browser. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser also keeps an ad click reference for up to 30 days so we can tell which enquiries came from advertising. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, or clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Accessing or correcting your information
